Job Summary
Technology Continuity & Resilience Manager at Avant responsible for end-to-end Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) across on-prem and multi-cloud environments, defining DR architecture patterns, leading DR testing programs, maintaining BCM aligned to CPS 230 and ISO 22301, and providing executive reporting on resilience posture. Key focus areas include DR strategy, testing, governance, incident leadership, third-party resilience, and ensuring compliance with APRA CPS 230; required expertise includes multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), backup/recovery platforms (Veeam, Commvault, Cohesity), VMware/NetApp/Pure, DNS/BGP/load balancing, and familiarity with ISO 22301, ITIL, CBCP/CBCI.
