Job Summary
Consults with Public Sector clients to define functional requirements, conducts studies and data analysis to advise on ERP solutions; leads ERP selection, implementation management, and advisory services including IV&V, process redesign, data conversion planning, change management, training; develops scopes, workplans, and proposals, and participates in client interviews and presentations. Supports IT strategic planning and business process transformation using ERP best practices, including current and future state mapping of business processes. Requires strong numeric/analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to manage multiple priorities, and the ability to work under minimal supervision. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CoPilot is required; travel is expected. Public sector (K-12 and higher education) ERP experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public Administration or related field is required
- Five to seven years of recent or current experience in a similar role is required
- Experience on ERP implementation efforts for public sector organizations is preferred
