Job Summary
Technology Consulting Manager for Health & Public Service leading technology consulting engagements and advising public and healthcare clients on digital operations, data-driven decision making, and innovative technology solutions. Focus on delivering value across IT transformations, working with capabilities in data & analytics, security, and cloud, and collaborating with Strategy & Consulting colleagues to solve complex client challenges. Emphasizes collaboration with Health & Public Service clients, applying industry insights to drive measurable outcomes, and leveraging AI and enterprise technologies to support client roadmaps. In this role, you will work with Accenture’s capabilities to design, implement, and support technology solutions that enable clients to realize their business strategy through technology-enabled change. Presence of in-person time for collaboration and a flexible work/location approach.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in technology consulting
- Relevant experience with large scale digital and/or technology transformations
- Consulting skills: financial and business acumen, structured and abstract thinking, analytical and creative problem solving, project management, communication skills
- Experience delivering projects in Waterfall and Agile
- Experience with Health or Public Service clients
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Experience leading teams (bonus)
- Affinity with AI in client work (bonus)
- Knowledge of Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, (Public) Cloud or other technologies
- Certifications: Agile, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, ITILv4
