Job Summary
Configure ServiceNow Platform workflows for IT, Customer, and Employee domains to achieve customer outcomes. Participate in workshops to assess current processes and design technical architectures that follow leading practices. Provide oversight on code development, advise clients on Platform capabilities, and guide them through business requirement documentation. Offer feedback to product development based on customer experiences and maintain relevant certifications. This role requires 8+ years in professional services, up to 50% travel, and experience integrating AI into work processes. You must have industry domain expertise in <insert industry> and ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflows.
Required Qualifications
