Job Summary
Senior Technical Consultant for Hybrid Cloud in Malaysia/SEA, responsible for delivering architected solutions into reality, leading hybrid cloud design across on-prem, private cloud, and public cloud environments. Works with project managers and teams to ensure alignment with schedule and budget, supports pre-sales activities, and provides advisory services on IAM, encryption, and governance. Responsibilities include designing hybrid cloud architectures (VMware vSphere/VCF, Nutanix, HPE GreenLake, Azure AWS GCP), delivering full lifecycle implementations, enabling automation (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD, ensuring regulatory compliance (BNM RMiT, PDPA, MAS TRM), and guiding multi-country delivery across SEA with strong customer-facing engagement and workshops.
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years of IT consulting, cloud engineering, or infrastructure delivery experience
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge and Skills: Hybrid cloud architecture, VMware vSphere/VCF, Nutanix, HPE GreenLake, Azure/AWS/GCP, Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Python, Kubernetes
- Certifications (Preferred): Azure Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect – Professional, Google Cloud Architect, VMware VCP/VCAP, HPE ASE
- Experience with multi-region cloud deployments, especially Singapore-based cloud regions
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for technical and non-technical audiences
