Job Summary
Technology Consultant delivering FlexSim DES consulting across customer engagements from discovery through implementation; develop, validate and present simulation models to analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements; support pre-sales activities including technical demos and solution design; collaborate with AOS stakeholders to translate business challenges into scalable, repeatable solutions; travel to Kraków and across the EMEA region as needed; work with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Software Development, and Customer Success to ensure successful customer outcomes; engage in knowledge sharing and capability building within the Kraków hub and broader EMEA region; strong experience in discrete event simulation, process improvement, and programming (e.g., C++, Python).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Systems Engineering or related field
