Job Summary
Lead the change management and communications strategy for AI and technology initiatives across a large professional workforce. Create tailored communication plans to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of AI tools among diverse employee groups. Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify change impacts and develop targeted enablement strategies. Monitor adoption metrics and continuously refine AI communications to reduce resistance and accelerate results. Collaborate with business development teams to support AI and technology-related content for external client inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational communications, or technology adoption
- Experience leading change initiatives for large-scale AI or technology rollouts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, or similar)
- Experience in a large, matrixed, or professional services environment is a strong plus
- Hands-on experience with AI or generative AI tools preferred
