Job Summary
Technology Business Partner – A&Q at Pearson is responsible for translating business objectives into technology strategies and roadmaps, advising on IT investments and digital transformation, and aligning OCTO initiatives with A&Q priorities. The role emphasizes strategic alignment, trusted advisory without sacrificing operational rigor, relationship-building across business units, and delivering measurable outcomes for learners and stakeholders. Leadership responsibilities include guiding large-scale technology transformation, leveraging AI-enabled modernization, and driving a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across technology development and operations.

- Business roles: Experience in spearheading technology transformation initiatives working with C-suite leadership specifically leading large-scale technology transformation projects is preferred
