Technology Business Partner (Analista Pleno) | TI

Act as the focal point between Technology and business units, ensuring clear communication and continuous relationship management. Receive, organize, qualify, and direct demands to responsible teams while managing the Technology Directorate's portfolio, tracking priorities, deadlines, risks, and dependencies. Lead periodic meetings with internal clients and technical teams to record decisions and next steps, maintaining continuous follow-up until project completion. Consolidate executive status updates for stakeholders and leadership, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in service processes. Support the evolution of governance, prioritization, and portfolio management processes while fostering integration across IT, Digital, and AI teams. Facilitate the resolution of impediments between technical areas and internal clients.
