Job Summary
Lead financial budgeting, vendor management, and strategic IT alignment by coordinating infrastructure initiatives, resolving incident escalations, and managing UAT deployments. Oversee technology project portfolios, define performance indicators, and optimize costs for software and hardware investments while maintaining robust governance frameworks. Build stakeholder relationships to translate business needs into clear IT requirements and assist in developing business cases for service enhancements. Ensure all major technology investments align with regional and global standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in technology roles, including IT management, business operations, or tech project leadership
- Good understanding and practical experience with current and emerging technologies, including but not limited to cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, advanced data analytics, enterprise architecture principles, and cybersecurity fundamentals, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a leadership context
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, workplace technologies, ticketing systems, and service delivery processes
- Ability to demonstrate a proven track record of working with stakeholders across all levels of the business
