Job Summary
Technology Business Management (TBM) Analyst to support the VA IT Budget and Finance organization. Primary responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing financial, operational, and IT data to map to the TBM framework using activity-based costing and Apptio methodologies; building and maintaining data workflows; supporting data governance and reporting to inform budget decisions; and assisting in meetings with government clients. Requires foundational knowledge of federal IT financial management, data governance, analytical modeling, and TBM/Apptio practices. Hybrid work arrangement in the Washington, DC area; role contingent on award.
Required Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of federal IT financial management
- Data governance experience
- Analytical modeling skills
- Ability to analyze financial and operational data
- Experience with TBM framework and Apptio
- Ability to support in budget and investment decision processes
- Experience preparing documentation and technical analyses for government clients
- Hybrid work-location capability in Washington, DC
