Job Summary
Technology Associate to support Grameen America's lending operations and technology team; responsibilities include administering user accounts, equipment, and software tools; training staff on hardware/software operation; helpdesk and user support; data management; coordinating with 3rd party MSP; documenting processes; assisting with day-to-day systems management and technology infrastructure projects; collaboration with core banking and technology partners; testing programs and features; travel to branches as needed; bilingual English/Spanish required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be highly committed to Grameen America's mission.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Background in IT or Computer Science a plus.
- Willingness to travel to Grameen America branches throughout the United States when safe to do so.
- Problem-solving self-starter and quick learner; passion for helping others and finding solutions to their pain points.
- Knowledge of MS Office suite, strong Excel capability; basic knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
- Excellent analytical skills; proven teamwork and communication skills (written and oral) in English and Spanish.
