Job Summary
Technology Architect for Digital Workplace leads architecture and governance of Haleon’s digital workplace foundation, ensuring secure, resilient, and globally consistent end-user computing environments. Defines and maintains reference architectures and standards for collaboration/productivity, identity/access, and endpoint/device patterns; partners with security, IAM, and operations to deliver production-ready workplace solutions; drives pragmatic minimum-viable-architecture guidance to accelerate delivery while ensuring security and resilience; aligns to enterprise platform direction (with Microsoft as backbone for end-user computing) and supports a globally scalable, operable workplace experience; collaborates across domains to minimize fragmentation and maintain governance through design authorities.
Required Qualifications
- Essential Demonstrated experience as a Digital Workplace / End-User Technology Architect in complex enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of modern digital workplace domains (collaboration/productivity, identity and device/endpoint patterns) and how to design for operability at scale
- Proven ability to guide delivery and operations teams through architecture governance and implementation decisions
- Preferred Experience working in environments where the Microsoft suite provides the backbone for collaboration, identity and end-user computing within a modern digital workplace
- Experience operating within enterprise architecture standards and governance models at scale
- Skills & capabilities include architecture design, security/resilience considerations, operability, standardisation, and ability to influence stakeholders
