Technology Architect- Data & Analytics

Job Summary
Advocate for clients by providing thought leadership in data analytics and engineering while defining holistic data management system architectures. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to outline standards, guidelines, and governing principles that align with client requirements. Identify use cases, document process and data flows, and specify compliance regulations and access methods. Create data reference architectures and frameworks, manage large analytics programs, and lead pre-sales activities including proposal creation and solution design. Deliver projects using Agile methodologies while managing diverse stakeholder expectations in a global delivery environment. This role requires 15+ years in IT and 10+ years in data analytics architecture, with a preference for bilingual resources and experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
- Three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 15 years of experience in Information Technology
- A bilingual resource
- Japan citizens and those authorized to work in Japan
- At least 10 years of experience in Data analytics architecture and solutions
Desired Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in Data analytics architecture, Advanced analytics, Data engineering and Data governance areas
- Ability to manage large data analytics programs, data design solutions and delivery
- Experience in tools like Microsoft Fabric, Informatica, Collibra, Talend etc.
- Experience in hyper scalers like AWS. Azure or GCP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in leading teams and managing client expectations
- Experience in software development life cycle
- Agile methodology
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
