Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one coaching calls, deliver WebEx presentations, and provide onsite training to financial advisors and teams across PCG offices. Develop and maintain training scripts, coordinate outbound classes, and support field initiatives related to technology adoption and business process enhancements. Work with advisors to build CRM service level models and investment trading models while participating in cross-functional projects. Travel 50% of the time to branch offices for delivery and support.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years minimum working within Banking, specifically Wealth Management
- A four-year degree or relevant industry experience
- Ability to travel minimally 50% of the time throughout the East Coast
- Three years of experience in a financial services institution
- Two year experience in a business or technology training/support role
- Advanced proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications
