Technology Applications Manager

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day management, configuration, and maintenance of the firm's legal software platforms to ensure consistency and scalability. Configure SmartAdvocate applications by building workflows, templates, permissions, and automations that align with operational priorities. Design integrations and AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual work while developing automated reports and dashboards for leadership insights. Translate documented business processes into functional software configurations and serve as the subject-matter expert on legal applications. Train attorneys and staff to drive adoption while coordinating external vendors to deliver successful projects. Primarily based in the Denver office with regular travel to other Colorado locations.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience configuring and administering legal case-management systems or high-volume CRM platforms, including workflows, automations, templates, permissions, reporting, or releases
- Proven success designing workflows, automations, integrations, and reporting solutions that improve operational efficiency
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, train end users, and drive adoption across both technical and non-technical teams
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions
- Ability to work independently, prioritize initiatives, and determine the best technical approach to achieving leadership objectives
- Direct SmartAdvocate experience
- Experience coordinating external technology vendors or implementation partners while managing projects through completion
- Sound judgment when implementing automation and AI solutions, with an emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and continuous process improvement
- Primarily based in the Denver office
- Regular travel to the firm's other Colorado offices

- Experience with Litify, Filevine, or comparable legal platforms
