Job Summary
Lead complex Lead-to-Cash transformation initiatives across Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Billing, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud) and adjacent enterprise systems. Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale Salesforce and Lead-to-Cash transformation programs, serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and guiding strategy, operating model design, governance, and platform architecture to deliver measurable business outcomes. Drive scalable roadmaps, program governance, and cross-functional delivery teams; mentor staff and expand client value through Salesforce-enabled process modernization, AI initiatives, and adjacent transformation opportunities. Collaborate on business development activities, pursue opportunities, prepare proposals, and shape statements of work while maintaining strong client relationships across Fortune-level engagements.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise business transformation, Salesforce implementation, and technology consulting engagements
- Experience delivering Salesforce-centric transformation initiatives across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud and ERP integrations
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, multi-function transformation programs and cross-functional teams in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments
- Experience partnering with business and technical leaders to define scalable Salesforce roadmaps and platform strategies
- Experience with integration patterns, API-led connectivity (e.g., MuleSoft), data strategy and governance
