Job Summary
Plan, deliver and oversee an instructional program in Technology and Engineering Education that provides hands-on learning aligned with state standards and workforce readiness; conduct labs and project-based activities; ensure student safety; maintain records and equipment; collaborate with parents, colleagues, and community partners; pursue ongoing professional growth and contribute to school improvement efforts; model professional conduct and engage with the community to support student learning and career development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Virginia teaching license with endorsement in Technology Education or Technology and Engineering Education; or Hold a Virginia teaching license in another endorsement area and be willing to obtain the Technology and Engineering Education endorsement by successfully completing the Praxis assessment.
