Job Summary
Technology Analyst – PMO to help Engineering Teams plan, deliver, and operate at scale. Collaborate with Engineering and Product leaders to improve delivery planning, track metrics, optimize tooling and workflows (notably Jira/Confluence) and deliver portfolio dashboards and executive reporting. Drive planning cycles, analyze demand and capacity, identify risks and dependencies, improve data quality, and turn operational data into actionable insights to support high-performing SaaS engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in PMO or Portfolio Operations
- Engineering Operations
- Delivery Analytics
- Agile Planning & Reporting
- SaaS or software engineering environments
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
