Job Summary
Technology Analyst – PMO role focused on planning, delivery analytics, and operational governance for a fast-moving SaaS engineering organization. You’ll partner with Engineering and Product leaders to improve visibility, streamline workflows, define metrics, and create scalable ways of working. Responsibilities include planning & delivery analysis (demand, capacity, forecasting, prioritization support, risk and dependency identification), delivery metrics & operational intelligence (throughput, cycle time, dashboards, executive reporting), and improving engineering tooling and data quality (Jira/Confluence, data structures, dashboard consistency). Strong emphasis on turning operational data into actionable insights, with experience in PMO/portfolio operations, engineering operations, delivery analytics, agile planning & reporting, and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and related tooling. No specific degree required; practical experience and analytical thinking are valued. Remote-first culture with global benefits.
