Technology Analyst - PMO (UK Remote)

Technology Analyst – PMO to help evolve how Engineering plans, tracks, measures, and delivers work across a fast-moving SaaS engineering organization. You’ll partner with Engineering and Product leaders to improve visibility, streamline workflows, define meaningful metrics, and create scalable ways of working that support high-performing teams. Responsibilities include planning & delivery analysis, delivery metrics & operational intelligence, improving engineering tooling & data quality (notably Jira/Confluence), governance, and continuous improvement of planning cadences and reporting practices. Key skills include data analysis and visualization, dashboard development, executive presentation development, workflow/process optimization, cross-functional facilitation, and portfolio/roadmap reporting. No specific degree required; practical experience and analytical thinking are valued.
