Job Summary
Technology Analyst – Operations to mature Engineering Operations within a large-scale SaaS environment. Partner with Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Support to improve application health visibility, service reliability, operational analytics, and core operational processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Build dashboards and telemetry, improve alert quality, and help operationalize reliability practices. Define modern Engineering Operations practices and workflows that engineers actually want to use, enabling cross-team collaboration and reducing fragmentation across tools. Seek opportunities in AI-enabled operations, intelligent workflows, automation, and advanced telemetry to drive scalable, reliable engineering outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Engineering Operations
- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Operational Analytics
- SaaS or Cloud Operations
- Familiarity With Tools & Concepts Like: Jira Service Management, Grafana, CloudWatch, OpenSearch / Elasticsearch, Prometheus
- Observability & telemetry platforms
- Incident / Problem / Change Management
- SQL and operational data analysis
- APIs and system integrations
- AWS or cloud platform experience
- Data visualization and dashboarding
- AI tooling, automation, or AI agents
- Atlassian ecosystem experience (Jira, Confluence, Assets)
