Job Summary
Technology Analyst – Operations to help shape and mature Engineering Operations within a large-scale SaaS environment. Partner with Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Support to improve application health visibility, service reliability, and core operational processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Build dashboards and reporting to monitor health and performance, reduce noise, and operationalize reliability practices. The role emphasizes pragmatic, lightweight processes, cross-functional collaboration, and modernization of operational tooling, including AI-enabled workflows, automation, and advanced telemetry. Key skills include SaaS/Cloud Operations, observability tooling (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, CloudWatch), Jira Service Management, data visualization, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. No specific degree required; preference for practical experience, curiosity, and operational thinking. Remote-first culture with a UK remote focus (Leeds, England).
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Engineering Operations or SRE/Technical Operations
- Familiarity with observability and telemetry platforms (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, CloudWatch)
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management
- Proficiency in data visualization and dashboards
- AWS or cloud platform experience
- Ability to collaborate across Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Support teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Engineering Operations
