Technology Analyst - Operations (UK Remote)

Technology Analyst – Operations to help shape and mature Engineering Operations in a large-scale SaaS environment; partner with Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Support to improve application health visibility, service reliability, operational analytics, and core operational processes like Incident, Problem, and Change Management; build dashboards and service health reporting; analyze operational trends and performance patterns; improve alert quality and escalation logic; support implementation of APM and telemetry capabilities; help define and improve incident, problem, change, and operational governance practices; create pragmatic, lightweight processes that engineers will actually want to use; explore AI-enabled workflows, automation opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration to reduce fragmentation and improve visibility across the organization.
