Own the integration strategy across Cloud, Core Banking, ERP, and TMS platforms to reduce friction for existing customers and accelerate adoption for new ones. Develop packaged offerings with enterprise technology partners based on specific customer needs while building enablement programs, including documentation and certification, so partner teams can deploy Fireblocks integrations independently. Execute co-sell, resell, and marketplace models that incentivize partners to promote Fireblocks integrations, ensuring Sales and Solutions Engineering teams have current playbooks and field-level collaboration with ISV partners. Define and track partnership KPIs, including partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, certifications, and customer outcomes, while representing Fireblocks at partner events and industry conferences to deepen relationships. Negotiate partnership agreements covering commercial terms, co-marketing commitments, and joint investment plans.
