Technology & AI Innovation Strategist responsible for scouting technological trends, analyzing the AI market, and guiding strategic dialogues with clients, partners, and vendors to identify opportunities for AI initiatives and emerging technologies. Role includes representing Fincons at industry events, contributing to the innovation vision, and collaborating with the innovation hub on PoC studies, feasibility analyses, and partnerships across sectors (finance, retail, manufacturing, public administration, etc.). Responsibilities encompass technological scouting, market analysis, stakeholder engagement with senior clients, thought leadership, event participation (together with universities for research themes), and shaping concrete use-cases. Requirements emphasize AI technologies (generative AI, autonomous agents), cloud architectures and vendor ecosystems, 6+ years in innovation/technology strategy or solution scouting, and experience with client engagement and senior-level interlocutors. Offered a structured career path, international context, hybrid work mode in Vimercate, and compensation in the €60k-€90k range with consideration of experience and seniority; willingness to travel.
