Job Summary
Manage client data transformation programs and drive account growth by developing comprehensive strategies, roadmaps, and thought leadership discussions for Fortune 500 brands. Lead cross-functional planning sessions with creative, strategy, and technology teams to ensure integrated delivery of high-visibility programs exceeding $3M in investment. Serve as the primary contact for assigned stakeholders, facilitating regular presentations, reviews, and status sessions while navigating complex global organizational structures. Oversee program execution, manage budgets, and implement risk strategies across matrixed teams of 15-30 professionals. Report to the Head of Technology Advisory Services within the Merkle brand.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of IT experience
- background on enabling growth on accounts in the data, cloud, analytics and AI space
- Track record managing programs exceeding $3M in total investment
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients and global brands
- Experience presenting to executives
- Experience overseeing and ensuring delivery large Data / AI Transformation programs
- Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar)
- Familiarity with marketing technology stack including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, data management and eCommerce tools
- Experience managing large, diverse teams in matrixed environments
- Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles)
- Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs
- Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office
