Job Summary
The Technology Advancement Analyst serves as a trusted partner to business line leaders, bridging business needs with innovative technology solutions across various units. This position involves identifying and implementing emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Duties include conducting digital maturity assessments, monitoring industry trends, and collaborating with stakeholders for technology reviews. Key qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Economics, MIS, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant US based experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, AdaptiveWork)
- Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping and requirements gathering
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards
- Passion for emerging technologies and their application in financial services
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience as a business analyst, functional lead, or similar role
