Job Summary
Provide macOS hardware/software troubleshooting as the primary point of contact; deploy Apple devices using Jamf Pro; manage Atlassian Cloud (Jira/Confluence) and Google Workspace; handle user onboarding/offboarding, MFA, and Entra ID; monitor security tools Netskope and CrowdStrike; ensure device compliance with security policies; assist in identifying and reporting potential security incidents or vulnerabilities; deliver high-quality, white-glove customer service; efficiently manage the support queue; create and maintain clear technical documentation and user guides in Confluence.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience troubleshooting macOS in a corporate environment
- Administrative experience in Atlassian Cloud, Google Workspace, and Entra ID
- Foundational understanding of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and web filtering concepts
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and automate repetitive tasks
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude
