Job Summary
Performs imaging procedures according to radiology practice standards to aid in diagnosis and treatment. Develops and implements procedure/treatment plans using established hospital protocols; completes required documentation; maintains equipment and work areas in a neat, safe condition; participates in hospital and departmental Performance Improvement activities to ensure patient care aligns with standards.
Required Qualifications
- Registered by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists with current Registry in Radiography ARRT(R) or new graduate waiting to take the registry
- Proof of ARRT by primary source available within 60 days of graduation
- Must possess State License if required by state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire date
- Basic computer literacy skills
