Technologist - QEM Quality Management System (QMS)

Job Summary
Technologist responsible for setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting QMS systems, ensuring compliance with SOPs and business processes, and preparing for audits and customer visits. Will work with end users to clarify setup requirements, perform troubleshooting, and contribute to improvement projects. Requires a Diploma-level engineering/science background and strong analytical, communication, and multitasking abilities; programming with Python/R/SQL is preferred, with familiarity in Tableau/Power BI/Power Automate considered advantageous. Emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a growth mindset aligned with Micron’s values.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related science field, or an equivalent related field of study
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in programming skill such as Python, R and SQL are preferred
- Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Power Automate will be advantageous
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong time management, organization and prioritization skills
- Process good teamwork, self-motivated, dependability, and the ability to work with minimal direction
