TECHNOLOGIST - PIE YE FAILURE ANALYSIS

Technologist focused on PIE yield and failure analysis with hands-on work performing cross-section analysis and SEM inspection to monitor process health and ensure production quality. Responsible for TEM sample preparation using FIB for detailed TEM inspection, identifying defects and failure mechanisms through physical failure analysis, executing physical fault isolation to safeguard production efficiency, and collaborating with engineering teams to implement solutions for optimized tool performance. Will analyze wafers with functional failures using Failure Analysis tools to isolate root causes, maintain comprehensive documentation of analytical findings, and contribute to AI-enabled enhancements within the scope of work. Requires strong analytical skills, safety in handling high-concentration chemicals, ability to work in a night-shift 12-hour schedule, and effective communication within a team. Knowledge of AI-assisted tools and digital fluency to responsibly apply AI in research, analysis, and operational tasks is expected, with adherence to organizational standards and legal requirements.
