Job Summary
Manage daily operations for industrial oil technical programs, acting as the Single Point of Accountability for product portfolios including gear, hydraulic, and turbine oils. Lead formulation development, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis while translating application requirements from sectors like wind energy and mining into technical recommendations. Support cross-functional coordination for localization and business workstreams by maintaining project documentation and tracking actions within internal systems. Ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency through disciplined project follow-up and accurate stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
- Good understanding of industrial lubrication technology, tribology and machinery lubrication systems
- Degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Engineering or related technical discipline
- Experience in industrial oil products
- Proven broad experience of product development and technology deployment, especially the capabilities of developing an idea to a solution
- Experience or strong interest in cross-region technical collaboration and cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain and Quality teams
- Digital mindset and capability to support dashboards, data recording, reporting automation, knowledge management or internal digital tools
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, with ability to work across teams, regions and cultures in written and oral practices
- No travel is expected with this role
- This role is not eligible for relocation

Desired Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate experience in industrial lubricant formulation, product assessment, laboratory testing, technical service, field trial support or quality/problem-solving activities
- Experience in industrial oil products is an advantage
