Job Summary
Coordinate daily work schedules and prepare electrophysiology lab rooms for procedures including ablations and cardiac implants. Collaborate with physicians on orders, requisitions, and lab results while managing digital and conventional equipment to ensure proper technical exposure factors. Program digital computers, Schonander film stands, and contrast injectors to minimize radiation exposure for patient safety. Maintain quality control standards and oversee radiation safety protocols, including coordination of continuing education. Work 36 hours per week in the evening shift at RWJBarnabas Health New Brunswick.
Required Qualifications
- Active, valid ARRT and NJ DEP license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA)
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years radiology experience preferred
