Job Summary
Coordinate daily work schedules and prepare rooms for procedures in the electrophysiology lab. Collaborate with physicians for proper orders, x-ray requisitions, and lab results while ensuring technical exposure factors minimize radiation for patient safety. Program digital computers, Schonander film stands, and contrast injectors to maintain quality control and assurance standards. Manage radiation safety, protection protocols, and continuing education coordination. This 36-hour/week evening shift supports the Electrophysiology team in ablations and cardiac implants.
Required Qualifications
- Active, valid ARRT and NJ DEP license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA)
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years radiology experience preferred
