Job Summary
Monitor, control, and improve existing manufacturing processes at the Andersen Windows location in Cottage Grove, MN, while providing operational technical support for applications and processes. Collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, and maintenance to solve issues, troubleshoot problems with technical employees and suppliers, and create training tools and standard operating procedures. Conduct testing for product improvements, perform complex analyses using quality tools, and design, build, and test models or prototypes. Estimate project schedules and costs, prepare detailed documentation, and engage in continuous improvement activities. Requires a 4-year technical degree, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of 2D & 3D solid modeling. Pay range is $62,960.00 - $94,440.00.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year technical degree or equivalent combination of formalized technical education and experience
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Communicate effectively through written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of 2D & 3D solid modeling preferred (AutoCad/Inventor)
