Technologist - Bakery

Quality Technologist at Tesco Bakery to support delivery of stringent quality and safety policies, supplier risk management, and responsible sourcing across our supply base. Responsibilities include risk assessing products to meet Tesco rules and policies, delivering technical aspects of product development, managing supplier capability through Joint Quality Plans, responding to complaints/incidents, and driving continuous improvements in quality across sourcing, ingredients, processing, manufacturing, and routes to market. Requires clear communication and presentation skills, project and critical path management, data analysis and IT proficiency, and experience in the food/GNF industry. Willingness to collaborate with colleagues on flexible working and to coach direct reports while upholding the Business Code of Conduct and integrity in all activities.
