Job Summary
The Technologist Assistant supports technologists to maintain on-time scheduling and an orderly diagnostic imaging area. Duties include maintaining excellent patient care, dressing patients and obtaining medical history, starting IVs, assisting MRI/CT with patient flow, and helping sterilize equipment and rooms. This is a full-time role based in Sandy Springs, GA, with in-person work schedule from Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Knowledge of medical terminology is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Radiology Technology student or 12 months previous experience in diagnostic radiology or other imaging modality preferred
- Previous experience starting IVs
