Job Summary
Develop and update technical documentation, preparing production and assembly technologies for teams and subassemblies. Oversee technical supervision of production and assembly processes, analyzing and optimizing workflows while identifying and resolving quality and production issues. Collaborate with production, quality, design, and planning departments to implement technological changes and support organizational process activities. This role is based 100% on-site in Siemianowice Śląskie. We are an Engineering Solutions partner supporting high-tech and heavy industry clients with advanced manufacturing projects.
Required Qualifications
- Higher technical education (mechanical engineering and machine construction, production engineering, mechatronics, automation and robotics or related fields)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a technologist, process engineer or similar in a production environment
- Experience in the field of assembly technology and organization of production processes
- Knowledge of production processes and technical documentation
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Good command of MS Office package
- Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with a team
- Good organization of work and engagement in the implementation of assigned tasks
- Willingness to undergo the procedure related to access to non-public information
- Willingness to work in a 100% stationary model in Siemianowice Śląskie
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive industry, heavy industry or high-quality requirements environment
- Knowledge of CAD programs
- Experience working with ERP or PLM systems
- Knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter or ERP Impuls
- Knowledge of CNC technology
- Technical qualifications (e.g. SEP)
- Knowledge of technical English
