Job Summary
Conduct workshops with business requestors to gather requirements, analyze processes for automation, and design IT solutions using Oracle EBS HRMS modules. Develop applications with JDeveloper and AME workflows, perform gap analysis, and execute programming tasks aligned with functional specifications. Lead end-user training, manage Service Requests with Oracle Support, and provide daily monitoring for Self Service, Payroll, iRecruitment, and OLM. Document all activities including user manuals and system configurations while maintaining stakeholder relationships. Requires 8+ years of Oracle HRMS experience, Arabic fluency, and ability to support 24x7 environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Applications Development, with a strong focus on Oracle HRMS
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Solutions, particularly HRMS modules (Self Service, HRMS, Payroll, iRecruitment, OLM, Appraisal)
- Experience with JDeveloper, Oracle Forms/Reports Builder, and AME workflow development
- Proven background in both functional (business analysis, workshops, training) and technical (programming, system configuration) areas
- Strong skills in workshop facilitation, presentation, and report writing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and support 24x7 environments when required
- Arabic speaker
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications in Oracle HRMS Development / Self-Service track preferred
- System administration background is an added advantage
