Techno-Functional Consultant – MS Dynamics (Finance)

Job Summary
Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics in Finance modules, analyzing business processes to translate them into functional and technical requirements. Configure and customize MS Dynamics Finance features, coordinate with developers for custom development, and ensure compliance with finance processes, reporting, and audit requirements. Provide support in data migration, system integration, and testing activities while conducting UAT sessions, user training, and post-implementation support. Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in the system. Work closely with finance teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption. Morning shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant in MS Dynamics
- Must have completed at least 3–4 end-to-end MS Dynamics implementations in Finance
- Strong knowledge of Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, etc.)
- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and solution design
- Good understanding of finance operations and accounting workflows
- Familiarity with integration tools, reporting, and data migration processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Morning Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Desired Qualifications
- MS Dynamics certification is a plus
- Experience with Power BI or financial reporting tools is preferred
- Knowledge of SQL or basic technical troubleshooting is a plus
