Job Summary
Create design, permit, and construction drawings in CAD (2D/3D) for industrial and commercial buildings. Collaborate with architects and engineers on planning projects, while maintaining and updating CAD drawings and project documentation. Assist with preparing construction applications, technical calculations, and detailed construction plans. Coordinate with internal project teams and external specialists. Requires completed technical drafter training, CAD proficiency, and B2 German language skills. Offers flexible working hours, remote work options, and unlimited employment with performance-based compensation in Leipzig.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als technischer Zeichner, Bauzeichner, Konstrukteur, CAD-Zeichner, technischer Systemplaner, technisch Produktdesigner oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Programmen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2, idealerweise C1)
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Hochbau oder in der Planung von Industrie- und Gewerbebauten von Vorteil
