Technischer Trainer (m/w/d) SHK International

Conduct technical product training for international sales, service partners, and customers in German and English across both in-person and virtual formats. Create, maintain, and continuously update training materials, presentations, and technical documentation while supporting regional knowledge management to ensure sustainable knowledge transfer. Prepare technical changes, product innovations, and process improvements didactically in coordination with Global TSC leadership. Advise global subsidiaries on service and application-related inquiries and oversee complaint process optimization with structured documentation. Requires a background in sanitary, heating, or supply technology, strong technical understanding, and fluency in German and English. Flexible working hours and mobile work options are available.
