Job Summary
Provide technical support for the dealer network, including on-site assistance at dealerships across Germany for complex vehicle issues across all Stellantis fleet brands. Diagnose and resolve difficult fault codes that cannot be addressed locally, while advising and training service teams for large customers. Act as the liaison between manufacturer support, technical teams, and workshops, documenting all deployments and providing feedback for product and process optimization. This role requires extensive travel throughout Germany and a Class B driver's license. We offer flexible working hours, home-office options, and 31 vacation days.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (KFZ-Techniker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbar)
- Fundierte Erfahrung mit Fahrzeug- und Diagnosetechnik von Stellantis-Marken
- Praktische Erfahrung im Werkstatt- oder Serviceumfeld
- Erfahrung im Bereich Fleet
- Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
- selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Korrespondenzsichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
