Job Summary
Coordinate open customer orders in the Service Center, analyze complex malfunctions, and develop economically viable technical solutions. Act as the technical interface between clients, partners, and internal teams, overseeing service processes and managing spare parts procurement. Support field technicians with complex on-site interventions across Germany, providing expert guidance when challenges arise. Maintain calm under high workload while ensuring reliable, solution-oriented service delivery 365 days a year. This hybrid role blends technical coordination with occasional nationwide on-site support within a growing service network dedicated to heating and air conditioning.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, Techniker- oder Meisterabschluss im Bereich Kälte- und Klimatechnik
- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im technischen Service
- Gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Entscheidungsstärke
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an Teamarbeit
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
- Ruhe und Professionalität auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen bundesweiten Dienstreisen
