Job Summary
Plan and execute independent training sessions, test events, and promotions focused on running and indoor categories, while implementing trade shows and running events. Provide regular sales support to key accounts, including weekends, and create seasonal training materials and product information. Coordinate event management by liaising with sponsors, partners, and authorities to activate Mizuno key accounts and athlete partnerships. Support the marketing team in managing athlete and club activations, then analyze events, draft final reports, and identify improvement areas.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung / Qualifikation im Bereich Sport Management / Sportwissenschaften / Kommunikationswissenschaften, BWL / VWL, Marketing- oder Eventmanagement
- Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Markenkommunikation / (Retail)-Marketing / Eventmanagement, vorzugsweise in der Sportartikelbranche
- Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Teamfähigkeit, Kreativität und ein Auge für Details
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeiten und Einsätzen an Wochenenden
- Ausgeprägte Hands-On Mentalität
- Leidenschaft für Sport
- Optimalerweise Großraum Berlin, Brandenburg, Magdeburg
