Job Summary
Plan and prepare all types of technical documentation for wafer tools used in automated semiconductor inspection and metrology. Create target-group-oriented internal and external technical documentation in German and English, ensuring compliance with applicable guidelines and standards. Implement documentation guidelines and contribute to the systematic improvement of the internal documentation system. Structure and standardize documentation while carrying out quality assurance measures to ensure maximum product commonality across hardware and software modules. This role supports the System Engineering Team in the Process Control Solutions division of Carl Zeiss SMT GmbH, focusing on optimizing economic perspectives for inspection and metrology tools.
Required Qualifications
- completed university degree in technical documentation/editing or a technician qualification
- at least 3 years of experience in technical documentation
- understanding of complex machines
- excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
- analytical mindset
- strong conceptual abilities
- team-oriented
- distinct and effective communication style
Desired Qualifications
- ideally related to service for industrial customers in the semiconductor industry
- service experience with automated systems (electron or ion beam systems)
