Job Summary
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders in meetings to build bridges between technical and business worlds. Evaluate system proposals for IT architecture and security risks, ensuring stability and future-proofing. Monitor systems continuously to identify weaknesses and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them. Manage requirements from concept to Go-Live, structuring project planning and steering implementation toward success. Ensure all projects comply with legal regulations and regulatory questions. This role is central to MOTOR Ai's mission of making autonomous driving available in Germany, working on the first certifiable Level-4 autonomy system in Europe. The position requires a strong technical background in project management within mobility or related tech sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit starkem technischem Bezug
- Mehrjährige (idealerweise ca. 5–7 Jahre) fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, in der du komplexe Vorhaben erfolgreich ins Ziel gesteuert hast
- Erfahrung aus der Welt der Mobilität mit – sei es im Automotive-Sektor, der Luft- und Raumfahrt oder verwandten Tech-Branchen
- Grundlegendes Verständnis von funktionaler Sicherheit (ISO 26262) und Cybersicherheitstechnik (ISO/SAE 21434) sowie die Fähigkeit, sicherheitskritische Auswirkungen bereits in der Projektdefinitionsphase zu bewerten
- API-Integrationen, der Software-Development-Lifecycle (SDLC) und Systemanforderungen sind für dich keine Fremdwörter, sondern gelebte Praxis
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung mit öffentlich geförderten Projekten (Drittmittel/Fördermittel)
- Ein Background in der Programmierung oder Softwareentwicklung
- Einschlägige Zertifizierungen, die dein Profil abrunden (z. B. Scrum, ITIL, PMP)
