Job Summary
Assume technical overall responsibility for integrating the msg.Insurance Suite from architectural planning through production deployment at customer sites or internal test environments. Manage requirements for the standard solution and drive customer projects in coordination with product development. Design and lead implementation work while coordinating technical work packages around IT architecture, delivery, and operations, ensuring adherence to software quality standards. Act as the central technical contact for customers and internal teams, contributing expertise to component-level tasks. Collaborate with colleagues to shape the product's future by incorporating improvement suggestions regarding architecture, processes, and tools directly into the suite's development.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Mathematik, Naturwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- fundierte praktische Erfahrung in IT-Projekten mit technischer Leitungsverantwortung
- Erfahrung im operativem Monitoring
- Erfahrung in der Fehleranalyse
- Erfahrung in der Störungsbehebung
- Erfahrung im Incident-Management in produktiven Umgebungen
- sehr gutes Verständnis für Deployment-Automatisierung
- Verständnis für CI/CD Prozesse
- Verständnis für den technischen Betrieb moderner Anwendungen
- grundlegendes Verständnis für regulatorische und sicherheitsrelevante Anforderungen wie DORA, DSGVO, IT-Grundschutz, ISO27001, SSDLC oder OWASP
