Job Summary
Ensure global product marketability by coordinating with sales, procurement, and suppliers to meet regulatory and safety requirements. Manage the worldwide product portfolio, including pricing, packaging, and make-or-buy analyses, while maintaining safety chemistry certifications and documentation in the ERP system. Analyze economic performance metrics to drive portfolio adjustments and support application and sales teams in product qualifications. Lead product launches, design packaging with marketing, and coordinate research projects across internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with chemical prohibition regulations and train warehouse staff on hazardous material handling.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Chemie
- Kenntnisse in Sicherheitschemie, Regulatorik und Qualitätsanforderungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen EDV-Systemen und MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Polymerchemie
- erste Berufserfahrung (1–2 Jahre) im technischen Produktmanagement oder in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
- Sachkundenachweis im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen
- Interesse an technischen Produkten, idealerweise im Bereich Klebstoffe oder Polymerchemie
